If your debit card is lost or stolen, please immediately dial our 24-hour debit card hotline or log in to your Cyberbanking account to report your loss verbally. Following the loss report, please bring your valid identification documents to your nearest BEA China branch within 7 calendar days to formally confirm the loss. Otherwise, the verbal loss report shall automatically be voided and the card will resume service as normal.
